Khadija Mustafa is an impassioned and multi-faceted global business leader.
The hallmark of her career has been taking on complex challenges and breaking ground in new business areas across sales, operations and strategy. With over 14 years at Microsoft, she has gone from being a high performing sales executive, to building Microsoft's health business across Middle East and Africa, to a Chief of Staff playing a key role in the Skype integration, to being at the center of Microsoft's devices strategy. Her achievements have generated nearly half a billion dollars in software and services revenue. She currently leads Microsoft's business relationships with the world's largest hardware partners.
Khadija’s success across multiple geographies and verticals is due to a holistic cultural frame of reference gleaned from living, working and traveling across 65 countries. Such experience, coupled with her passion for technology and world affairs have led her to build multi-disciplinary perspectives on what it means to operate on a global playing field. She views business as an intrinsic part of society, where various cultures and values converge.
She graduated summa cum laude from Clark University with a B.A in Government and International Affairs and is a member of the Phi Beta Kappa Society. When she isn't driving hard in business, she is focused on integrated and holistic health as a means to transform lives.
