MAKE NO LITTLE PLANS

TEDxUChicago 2014 took place on Saturday, April 19 in the 830-seat Mandel Hall on the University of Chicago campus. The event was sold out.

We sought an unbelievable lineup of speakers and a remarkable audience. We had both — and for that, we can't thank you enough.

You can check out our event program here — and make sure to check out the videos from the event below!

Stay tuned for updates on our 2015 event, scheduled for May 2nd, 2015.

THANKS FOR JOINING US

Our conference was held at Mandel Hall on the University of Chicago campus on Saturday, April 19, 2014, from 10am to 5pm. The event was centered on the theme: "Make No Little Plans," inspired by Daniel Burnham's famous line:

Make no little plans; they have no magic to stir men's blood and probably themselves will not be realized.

In the spirit of Burnham, the chief architect of the 1893 World's Fair, our conference fused the local and universal, the innovative and the neoclassical. Attendees and speakers were able to interact and all, we hope, were driven to creatively improve our collective future.
